Our Commitment
We believe cultural identity is essential to enriching lives and tribal unity. Our leadership is committed to cultivating youth who are grounded in their identity and empowered with strength, empathy and knowledge.
“I’ve always put my team before myself. It’s much more satisfying to see your teammates succeed than to receive personal glory.”
- Jim Thorpe

Annual Events
Team Native Rams Leadership Summit: Open to Native high school leaders across the Greater Tulsa area, this event offers students the opportunity to connect with and learn from local tribal business, health and community leaders.
Cherokee Heritage Festival: While we celebrate all tribes, this event is to recognize the fact that most Native students and families in Owasso Public Schools are a part of the Cherokee Nation.
Fall Auction Fundraiser: This annual event is dedicated to fundraising and building community.
Indian Taco Sale Fundraiser: Held during Native American Heritage Month, this event is one of our biggest fundraisers.
